I always stay here when in Merida. The location is ideal, right around the corner from the Plaza de Santa Ans and the Paseo de Montejo, with zillions of great restaurants 5-10 minutes walking in all directions. And the staff treats you like family.

Excellent location, a bit dated but very clean. The info is misleading on the valet parking. You are handed a key before check in to open the garage and park yourself and have to do the same on the way out and then come back to return the key. A bit impractical. Maybe short staffed. The Boutique Casa San Angel is an absolutely stunning hotel! Our room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. All spoke very good English so communication was not an issue. The hotel is at the south end of Paseo Montejo and we were able to easily walk to many restaurants, sights, etc. Highly recommended, thank you!

Since the moment we arrive the lovely hostess was quick and gab us some recommendations, The hotel is clean and spacious, there is water dispenser, Shop and a restaurant (which o have not tried). Is in a central locatio easy to reach or wait for taxi also there is parking space. Over all i love it

Nice big room. Beautiful tile floors. Close and walking distance to clubs and restaurants. Friendly staff. Parking is a little hard to find. You have to get a key and open. I ended up parking parallel close to hotel but no issues.
