We had help to unload our suitcases, and there was a problem in our assigned room (the paint from the ceiling fell on a bed) and they gave us a different room. The air conditioning works fine

Food in the restaurant was very good. Location was convenient for the airport and a short uber ride into town. Rooms were adequate. The A/C helped. Overall, the place could do with a paint job but it was good value for money.

This hotel is very close to the airport. The staff was great and the food was excellent. The rooms were adequate and got the job done. This hotel was perfect for the price and easy to get to Mérida center via uber.
