My Stay At Casa Cuevas & Amaro

I really enjoyed my stay. Arthur was very helpful and attentive to all my concerns during my stay. Really liked the atmosphere and charm of the hotel.

Do not stay here, not as it looks. Small place close to the center but ovwralll you can spend another 4 dollars and get a better place

Mejor pagar un poco más...

Se portó muy bien el encargado al llegar ya que nos dió guardaequipaje, llegamos a la 1. Es un hotel muy económico y lo ves muy limpio, pero la ropa de cama olía muy mal, nos dimos cuenta que no tenía aire y el calor de Mérida es muchísimo, nos ofrecieron uno con aire acondicionado por un diferencia monetaria. el cuarto contaba con 2 camas individuales muy incómodas, casi no se podía dormir. por la mañana, al usar la regadera prendio y no hubo presión, nos tuvimos que bañar con agua del lavabo o bien con un chorrito que salía muy caliente.

Todo muy limpio, la atencion es excelente las instalaciones muy practicas, lo unico que no me.gusto es que el baño no contaba con cortina en la regadera por lo tanto se mojaba todo
