First off, when I booked this room, I booked it with the impression the room would have a sofa sleeper in it and be a bigger size room, as that’s what I booked and picked. I booked the bigger room because when you have a medically needs complex kiddo that has therapies she has to do every night and every morning, you need the room WITH the extra room. Well, there was absolutely no sofa and the room was extremely small for three people. Upon arrival the hotel did not seem “ clean”.. but I looked beyond my anxiety as we were extremely tired from driving from Florida all day. The floors in the room were disgusting , and not only that, but I found two baby cockroach's (pictured) beside my bags that were on the mini counter later in the night. I don’t know how comfortable you are with cockroaches but I have heard it takes hundreds of dollars to get rid of the buggers in your home. I don’t need that added stress with having a medically complex and fragile kiddo. It took every ounce of my being to even crawl into that bed and during the night I kept thinking I was getting bitten by something.. not only was this hotel unsatisfactory and absolutely disgusting it was haunted!

We stopped in Meridian as part of another trip. The hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly. The morning gentleman was so helpful at the front desk.

The property was clean and staff was nice. We did not have hot water in our room (only warm) and told the front desk. Not sure they can do anything about it. Other thing I didn't like is when people went out their doors-they SLAM. Trying to sleep past 6am is tough.

Super Nice Staff! Good Rooms!

We were in town several days for a wedding and the hotel was quote easy to get to and had good amenities. All of the staff were super nice! Breakfast was on par and I had no issues there. They were even fine the night after the wedding when many of us were congregating in the eating area catching up and enjoying time together. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Doors to the room would not lock ! They had to get maintenance to fix it and the the door would not stay closed when you left your room . Anybody could have went in and took all I had with me . They did get another room for me ! The doors slam when you come and go out of your room and it woke me up the next morning with people leaving !

Hotel complaint

Our check in was easy. This morning at 8am we woke up to maintenance on the elevator, not to fix it but for aesthetics. They were sanding it really loud at 8am and there was a mess in front of the elevator. The elevator was still usable. Upon coming up from breakfast and walking off the elevator the person sanding had a full face wrap and all the same shavings had blown on us. Which for one most likely is not safe and for 2 is not pleasant to get all that in your face. When trying to shower there was no hot water. It was cold and lukewarm at most. When talking to the front desk they were of no help.
