Had to move rooms about 9pm due to someone’s dog barking. Called the front desk and he did t do it at first which he should have moved me. Had to call back again. I think people with animals should be in a specific area so the dogs can bark all night if they like.

I reported a clogged bathroom sink upon check in and the front desk reported that there is nothing they can do about it. They provided a manager phone number which no manager picked up but went to the front desk and was dismissed. I was told that there is no service they can do to bookings via expedia. I just that was unfair for the money I paid for the room

The room was very clean and had a really nice scent. The bathroom was clean as well. The refrigerator didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal a the shower curtain was essentially useless from preventing water from getting on the floor. Other than those two issues, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and I pre-checked in so check-in was very smooth. This will be my new spot in Meridian.
