Traveling as a family of 4, its important that we have a nice clean big space and our room was exactly that with LOTS of strorage and a fully stocked kitchenette. Room had 2 double beds and a pull out couch and lots of towels. The Gym was nice and clean and the equipement worked well. I noticed there was a laundry room next door with several washer and dryers available for a small fee which may come in handy for some. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean too. There was a nice fire outside the hotel on the evening of our last stay which looked really cozy to sit by but we didn't have time but a nice touch.We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear the people directly above us walking around if we were in our rooms at the same time (even during the night). If this type of noise bothers you then maybe ask for the top floor. Breakfast was just ok, it included 2 waffle makers, some fresh fruit, farm fresh yogurt, oatmeal, 3 kinds of cold cereal and a build a breakfast sandwich station, but be warned, one day they only had cinnamon raisin bagels as the bread option for this sandwich. Location was great. Mall accross the street and several other stores to shop at.and restaurants to eat. This hotel is a nice gateway into Chicago, about 45 minutes from Soldiers Field. Overall we were happy with this hotel. If you are not fussy about food, then this is a perfect choice.

The property was nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.The check in wasn't very smooth. The person who checked me in was not very friendly. I had to come back to ask about the perks for Gold members. The cleaning staff and the person at the desk for check out made up for the unfriendly check in. They were exceptionally nice. I would stay there again.

My wife and i had a great stay here for 8 nights. The only issue we had was the toilet on the first night but they had it fixed right away. Breakfast in the morning was always good. Usually it was some kind of eggs and meat, fresh waffles and muffins and begals. Well be back in the future
