When we pulled up to the hotel I thought we were at the wrong hotel. It was run down and dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures or reviews. We looked it up again for reviews and found different reviews talking about bed bugs and much more. We went elsewhere.

My room had a broken toilet, very leaky faucet, a bathroom vent that didn't work and was dusty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I checked out early and was not given credit for the night I didn't stay, and no refund given. I called and emailed the manager several times but with no reply. These guys are crooks.

For the price paid, this property is the worst I've experienced. Vending out of order, Dirty ill kept rooms. The property needs a complete renovation. The online pictures do not depict the actual property conditions. It's a textbook example of false advertisement.

thermostat didn't work heat 89 degrees in room, curtain broken and hanging, no room cleaning or linens, no microwave, sink plugged up. Not the best option, wouldn't recommend.

I booked a room with two bed and the bed were really small barely fit two people . The bathrooms are not accessible to elderly. The headboard was all scratched up.

The condition of this “hotel” should be checked, do not waste your money, room was super dirty, bedsheets and pillowcases smelled horrible, the gross bathroom it didn’t even had a trash can, among other things, like the worst customer service ever, never seen anything like it before.

Room was filthy, toilet was dirty, wall had something that looks like black mold. Wallpaper was ripped and peeling, shade for wall lamp broken and ripped in some areas, carpet dirty and ripped. The curtains were dirty and stained. This was a last minute option and I would never do it again!

It was pet friendly and convenient however i got locked in my room. The door lock would not disengage and i was trapped for over an hour. I am disabled and have anxiety-this experience was pure hell. The hotel did not even comp me a couple nights for the inconvenience. The room i was moved to had no hot water and was substantially smaller than my original room. The headboard was scratched up (as if something was trying to claw its way out) and the wallpaper was peeling and patched. All in all it was a terrifying and disappointing stay. I will never stay there again and would never recommend anyone stay there.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed in. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the TV was 30 channels of static analog cable and staff was nowhere to be found when I tried to at least get a set of clean sheets for the bed. I booked here instead of other options because they listed that breakfast was provided; that “breakfast” was a 4 oz cheap yogurt and a tiny bottle of grey off brand milk in a paper bag. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The only nice thing I can say was the bed was comfortable enough and the staff were kind when we did interact with them.
