Terrible condition of the hotel, wall paints are peeling off, bath is disgusting with a lot of molds. Elevator system is so confusing it’s like walking into a maze. Building needs renovation. But has to say the staff are great,, from the guards at the door to the rest!

The staff was very courteous and friendly but the room I stayed was the executive suite but inside there are alot of cockroaches in the room and shower room. Also, the water in the shower needs more water and pressure for me to enjoy my shower time. I forgot to mention that my safebox in the room was broken and it took them a very long time to come and visit my room. I called them alot of time for follow. I gave 3 stars for the staff and my cleaning guy on the 6f but 2 stars for the hotel room. I expected more because its an executive suite.
