Property overall is decent, the staff are well mannered and helpful - hospitable. Typical nature of Filipinos which is what I really enjoy. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade, I used the gym, and it seemed like the aircon wasnt strong, especially being in such a hot and humid country I was sweating even when it was on.

The property was extremely clean, direct, and the service was amazing. It’s very close to the Manila International Airport, which is very convenient. I booked a standard room but got upgraded to a suite at no charge. It’s a very nice hotel. This is my second time staying at the Golden Phoenix Hotel in Manila. I’m looking forward to staying again.
