Horrible experience the staff was rude and not helpful at all. The room was never cleaned during our stay and we had to go to the front desk for towels. They acted like we were doing them a favor staying there. Will never again book a hotel room or gamble at Harrah's

Very disappointed in the hotel. On check in we received a key that didn’t work and had to go back to the desk for a key that worked only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. While waiting for the room to be cleaned we found that the one of 2 restaurants were open. We should have gone to McDonald’s for a cheaper hamburger. Casino was disappointing no servers around…drinks were not available. I will not be going to this one again.

When we arrived at our hotel room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a different room, but the staff informed us that none were available. They offered to place an ozone machine in the room, which would take about an hour to complete. When we returned, the smell had improved somewhat, but the odor of cigarette smoke was still noticeable. We ended up going to a nearby store to purchase Febreze and another air freshener to help with the remaining odor.
