Very nice place for the value.... Happy to see they had a small fitness center, it is a priority when I book a property. However, they didn't have wipes to clean off the equipment, towels, mats or water.

We had a great time at AR 218- the neighborhood was very nice, walkable, and close to metro and restaurants. The hotel itself is modern and the bathrooms are nice. The electronic door codes/locks are a bit annoying because they register your first touch to activate the panel as part of the code, so we had to do it a few times before the door would open. We heard other guests having to do the same. The cleaning is also a bit slow.

Great stay with a Starbucks conveniently located in the main lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was within walking distance: bars, restaurants, shops. Ubers were easy to take to further destinations as well. I’d stay here again!
