I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of five couples. The hotel is new, and you can definitely tell — the rooms are modern, clean, and nicely designed. The facilities themselves have a lot of potential.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was consistently cold every morning, which was very frustrating. There was only one staff member managing the breakfast area, and she was not pleasant. She never smiled and did not make guests feel welcome. To make matters worse, one of my friends became sick after eating the fruit served at breakfast, which was very concerning.
Additionally, three pieces of clothing went missing from my room. We searched everywhere and could not find them. When I reported this to the receptionist, we had to wait a long time to speak with the manager. There was no sense of urgency, apology, or empathy shown regarding the situation.
One of the couples traveling with us also requested additional towels and soap and never received them, despite asking.
Overall, while the hotel itself is new and visually appealing, the lack of customer service, cold breakfast, missing belongings, and unfulfilled requests made this a very disappointing stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the guest experience.
