Everything was great, except that the pool and hot tub were unavailable throughout our stay. I would suggest clearly indicating maintenance or closure periods in advance, so guests are aware before booking and expectations can be managed accordingly. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Todo estuvo muy bien con el hotel, el servicio en checkin y habitaciones muy bueno. El restaurante un poco demorado con el servicio. Fuimos 16 personas por trabajo, usamos el business center que esta vacío, y aún así la actitud de la persona a cargo dejo mucho que desear.
