In the bathroom we found a dirty and hairy cloth on the counter when we checked in. As Expedia VIP non of our benefits where explained. Room felt old and dirty

My husband and I stayed for just one night, on our way to Lima, Peru. It was a very difficult time because my mother was in critical condition. Even so, upon arriving at the hotel, I was very impressed and able to get some rest.

"The hotel was pricey , expecting quality and comfort, but found the hotel to be a disappointment. While the location was convenient, the property is showing its age and badly in need of a renovation.

Perfect airport hotel, but overpriced dining Review: After missing our flight, the Camino Real Aeropuerto was the perfect quiet stay, literally just across the terminal via a walking bridge. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with great views of the runways while still being peaceful. The only downside: no VIP Expedia upgrade was provided, and the hotel’s dining was very limited and extremely overpriced. In fact, it was cheaper (and much better) to walk back into the airport terminal for dinner, where the food had more authentic Mexico City flavors. Overall, an excellent choice for convenience and rest between flights, but I strongly recommend going to the terminal for meals.

Bed Bugs and slow

The front desk was not staffed properly and it took forever to check in even though there were only 3 people in front of us. But the worst part was that one of my children got bitten by bed bugs!!!
