Second time at the Camino Real, first one was better because our room was larger and had more amenities (main building). Queen Luxury room at the second tower is not luxurious, just a clean hotel room. Shower had an issue with spilling water all over the bathroom's floor, we used towels to control the flooding.

Great hotel

My reserved the hotel for my mom to stay overnight at the airport prior her flight. The staff was very friendly and give her directions where everything was at her check in. She as very happy with her stay overall and I was glad she was in a safe place specially while traveling alone in Mexico City.
