Buen servicio, faltó limpieza

La habitación que tenía en planta bajas comparte el baño y eso no me agradó mucho Tienes que salir de las habitación pasar la recepción y enseguida está el baño La cocina también es compartida No estaba limpia la pared de las cabecera parece que dejaron escurrir un líquido y eso también fue desagradable

Alojamiento bien ubicado con mal servicio.

El alojamiento esta regular en lo general aunque esta perfectamente localizado. Habitaciones un poco ruidosas por otros huespedes y ducha en mal estado. OJO! No hay recepción como tal, y obligado pagar en efectivo al momento, aplican la clásica de "nos esta fallando la terminal " pero esto es siempre según lo que previamente leí. No responden al teléfono que viene en la confirmación de la reserva. No responden a las peticiones o dudas que realizas durante la reserva. En mi opinión Hotels.com debe corregir esto o no promocionarlo más.

Cuando reservé di datos de tarjeta de crédito, al llegar al hotel me pidieron efectivo o transferencia, argumentando que no servía su terminal. Yo había solicitado habitación con baño privado, me dieron una con baño en el pasillo, porque no había mas Las 4 noches que estuve ahí, nunca limpiaron el baño, ni siquiera vaciaron la basura. No volvería :(

Es un lugar bonito y muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Polanco en la ciudad de México. Para mi viaje de trabajo estuvo perfecto.

Una mala experiencia, gente fumando todo el lugar apestaba a cigarrillo la cama de resortes hundida al centro el ruido se escucha por todps lados no hay tv no quisierln cambiarme de habitación tan es así que decidimos cambiarnos de hotel y no pasar la boche en el lugar
