Terrible experiencia. El baño tenía un escape de agua terrible y ni se preocuparon en revisar. La comida fea, habitaciones demasiado básicas y pequeñas y para completar al hacer check out me pasé 15 minutos y un señor casi tumba la puerta a golpes Xa pedirme que saliera . No parece una cadena Marrriot, es mejor buscar por la zona de Santa Fe y no perder el dinero en este hotel.

Quite frankly, the only good thing about this property is the location. The rooms are not clean, there’s no storage space whatsoever, no Netflix, no streaming, no furniture… and we were not given the upgrade for free we demanded after encountering these issues for our 7 nights stay. We payed for a “bigger” room and these issues remained the same. We will not book again in this hotel.

It have a good location, its is in the interlomas area (and there are few hotels there) however it is close to Bosques de las Lomas and even Santa Fe, so great location. The hotel is in the top of a little and exlusive mall, so great options for food…

Extremely poor breakfast cold buffet. The only day I ordered a la carte the service was disastrous, although the food was good. Housekeeping is spotty, one of the days of my stay they did not leave clean towels, but took away the dirty ones. All in all not the best maintained of managed property I've been in lately.
