Absolutely awful and disgusting

This place is an absolute dive. Stayed in a single room. It was 34 degrees in the day. The room has no AC, no fan and no opening window. The bunk bed you sleep on is almost at the ceiling which means you are literally in the hottest spot in the room. On top of this the place is infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes inside the room. Very poorly kept bathrooms. Even basic facilities like mirrors in the bathrooms are missing. I’m so glad I only booked one night. Got out of there as soon as I could. The reception staff being nice was the only positive. It’s cheap but it’s really not worth paying that price if you can’t actually sleep!

Cobro indebido en reserva que no hice

La app me cobro y me marco por el.hostal, siendo que yo estaba reservando para el MX cerca de la TAPO (que es donde me quede, haciendo pago en el hotel) Llamé al Hotel para comentar el error y me dijeron que ellos no tenian inconveniente 3n hacer devolución; sin embargo debía solicitarlo mediante la app; lo cual no ha sido posible porque no hay número de atencion a clientes ni tampoco dan respuesta en el chat
