:conveniently situated, very clean and spacious room. However, amenities/facilities were outrageously dated and even absent. A 32-inch plasma TV offers Spanish-only channels; a mini bar is not available; there is no access to hot water for morning coffee/tea; and renovation work was ongoing next door from my day one check-in until day 5. Not a pleasant experience. At the very least, get your guests a small smart TV, so we can use our own Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube accounts to watch a program in our chosen language before bedtime. Soundproofing was poorly made. My sleep was cut into pieces by footsteps on the corridor and mortorcyclesand cars. Too annoying! However, a favourable rating is still given because of its convenient location.

My stay was in an Executive King. The room is large, roomy. Bathroom has no window and is average size divided in two. Shower and toilet and the vanity area which is ample The bedroom is impressive for it's ample space. TV is a bit small. Maybe 27" - 32", however, for the few minutes you're in the room it's not an issue The maids and cleaning staff are on target. Friendly and helpful. The reception desk bellhops and restaurant equally qualified and friendly You're about 7 minutes to the Diana the Huntress roundabout and on the opposite side the Metro Sevilla. This has been my hotel for a few years now. I have been very happy here. I highly recommend this hotel. Me alojé en una habitación Executive King. La habitación es grande y espaciosa. El baño no tiene ventana y es de tamaño medio, dividido en dos. La ducha, el inodoro y el tocador son amplios. El dormitorio impresiona por su amplio espacio. El televisor es un poco pequeño. Quizás de 27 a 32 pulgadas, pero durante los pocos minutos que estás en la habitación no es un problema. El personal de limpieza y limpieza es muy atento. Amables y serviciales. Los botones de recepción y el restaurante son igualmente cualificados y amables. Estás a unos 7 minutos de la rotonda de la Diana Cazadora y, al otro lado, la parada de metro de Sevilla. Este ha sido mi hotel durante varios años. He estado muy contento aquí. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

A perfect hotel in CDMX location, a lot of walkable tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and public transportation. The staff was very helpful and they even stored our luggage for us a few hours after checkout. The front desk was very attentive to anything that was needed. Definitely will be staying here again.

Convenient location and friendly staff. But clearly not maintained properly. Everything looks like it has not been looked after for many years (towel hangers starting to come off the wall, crooked lamp shades and wall artwork, tired looking sofas with baked dust on them, dusty books and crannies).
