The hotel location is great. Hotel staff are very friendly and eager to be of your service. Also, inside the Hotel you can find GREAT restaurants!! Would stay there again definitely

Great lobby area, good dining options but mediocre room that I got (broken shower, cleanliness, broken iron that spoilt my dress pant) and the checkin option. Although I was a VIP member and there was availability for upgrade, I was not given, I asked that I'll have to pay for the upgrade and there was no early check in. I dont have photos but I have videos. Not sure whatever is done to improve but I had a really bad experience and not sure if I'll stay there again. The rewards tier programs of Orbitz doesnt help if the hotel doesnt accomodate or accept these and consider it only third party.

Safe and convenient location with many parks nearby as well as many dining options. The breakfast had a wide variety of options including vegetarian.The staff was very helpful. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom in our room - a light and the flush - both of which were partially fixed (but not fully). However, overall it was a good experience.

my room number was 1701. and the bathtub water was going down real slow, and I did not take a shower during my stay. the drain system needs to be cleaned and cleared more often.
