Es un lugar súper bien ubicado, muy bonito, muy agradable, limpio y súper accesible para caminar y muchas actividades cercanas. En mi experiencia muy buen precio y muy recomendable.

El lobby del hotel y las areas comunes son muy bonitas. La ubicación buenisima si quieres estar cerca de Polanco Los cuartos muy basicos. No tienen Aire Acondicionado ni calefaccion. Las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros Las toallas se ven viejitas. Y las almohadas son muy incómodas. En general bien pero no para estancias largas.

Excellent area, safe… the price was incredible. The only thing is that the doorbell can be heard very loudly from your room. Guest arrive at all hours of the night making lots of noise in the lobby, which can also be heard from your room. Staff was incredible, friendly. Room was clean and the shower had great pressure. Recommend 99%

Excelente ubicación, limpia y segura, sin embargo, sus amenidades son limitadas, la cama y blancos ya viejos. Otro punto en contra es el ruido ya que todo se escucha (timbre, voces, baños).

I give this property 4 stars based on an undesirable smell that comes from the bathroom or outside of it occasionally without use it. Other than that, customer service was excellent, and it was closer to my action area for a couple of days. If you go for a short period of time, it might be a good option.

Nice Quiet Place in a Good Location

Nice quiet place in a good location. My only complaints were that we had to ask for toilet paper several times and one evening there was no one at the front desk.

In general it's ok, but teh staff at the beginning wasn't that friendly and there is a really bad welcoming way, I mean, there is no sign at the front about the hotel, you arrive and know nothing, it looks like some offices, there is a doorbell whichh seems to work but then you don't understand what to do to enter, the room's floor was dirty, the beds had some bugs that bite us, there is no fan or AC, the walls or sheetrock so be ready for some chat hearing outside your room, there are no curtains on the window so you get flashed by the automatic lights from the hallway, the pillows were very worn down, the tv works but they had no streaming service active, the only great thing was the shower, but in all honesty I wouldn't come back, well, the area is very noce to walk and go out eating as well but the decision remains. I guess it needs more attention from the management.
