Arrived at 11pm so pleased that the apartment was clean & ready to use. Staff were friendly & welcoming despite our language differences. I requested an ironing board & heater which was provided promptly. Location is perfect for food, drink & other supplies. Best of all was the eConcierge on WHATSAPP. I felt assured knowing I can contact ULIV Pulse Roma Condesa at any time. I will definitely return. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. The staff are eager to help and great at handling any problems that may arise. The rooms are well maintained and clean — with all the amenities you could need for a week long stay. The distance is very short from public transportation, eccentric shops and vibrant restaurants. Excellent location (close to the cool neighbourhoods of Condesa/Roma and on a busy thoroughfare that puts you virtually on top of a major transport hub. The apartments are super clean, well equipped with all your basic needs for a short or medium length stay and some fun and funky common areas for you to use. The staff are very welcoming and helpful so I recommend highly as an excellent and good value choice for a place in CDMX
