Absolutely loved the layout of the condo and having 2 bathrooms was very nice.. My parents had their side and then my daughter and I had the other.. The view is breathtaking and quite honestly spent most ky time in the room on the very large bacons listing to the waves of the ocean! Close proximity to stores for shopping definitely suggest heading to the store when you get there and stock up the fridge and pantry. Not Much walking distance from condo and they don’t have a restaurant.They do have a small concession by the pool. since our condo was owned by a person just understand that items will not get replenished such as toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Not a big deal but just something to note
 overall we truly loved the location and this condo!! Thank you

Elevators are a nightmare

My husband and I stayed here the last week of February. At the room we needed a passcode which I was never given prior to our arrival nor when we got there. I called Zen and was told I didn't need one. Finally after about 15 mins he texted me the code. The condo was very nice with an awesome view from a very large balcony. The primary bedroom mattress was nice and firm and the bathroom was large and clean. The hairdryer barely worked and only one for 2 bathrooms. The listing indicates smart TVs. They ARE NOT, just TVs with basic cable and you can't sign in to streaming services The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. It was very noisy. Heard all the traffic from outside and anyone in the hall. The worst thing is the elevators. There are 4 for 43 floors, and one doesn't work.This unit is on 42. Seriously took a good 20 minutes to get up or down unless an employee was on with you to bypass constant stopping. Ridiculous. Employees there were the best thing about the property. EVERYONE who worked for the Hyde was friendly and helpful. If you have a car valet service is required so bring lots of singles for tipping. Pools were great with lots of chairs. Beach you get two chairs and umbrella included which was nice. Got crowded mid-day but it was a great set up. Lots of places to walk to for meals. No restaurant on property only pool bar with limited hours. Would never stay here again unless it was 8th floor or lower so we didn't need the elevators.

Marvelous Location and Views

The amenities and decor are as pictured. The view from the extra large balcony is simply stunning. Waking up to the view of the sunrise was a daily highlight. The location is central to many activities from Fort Lauderdale to Miami Beach. We absolutely loved this place. It truly made for a wonderful vacation. We hope to stay here again next time we are in town. Highly recommended!!! Pros: - The apartment was clean and stocked with starter supplies. - While smaller than the pictures make it appear, the apartment was spacious with plenty of walking room throughout. - The beds were comfortable and the walk-in closets are spacious. - The sixth floor pool was large and offered a full bar and activities. (Sunny mornings, Shaded afternoons) - Both the pool and beach provided towel service. No need to pack towels! - Valet parking was included and there was no expectation of tipping. You can scan/text a QR code to reduce waiting times. - There is a new Walmart and Publix nearby for quickly picking up supplies for the week. - We had a plumbing issue, but the host had it repaired in less than 24 hours! Cons: - The ice maker was broken, so we had to find other ways to keep things cold. Hopefully, that is fixed for your stay. - During busy times, the elevators (4) can be slow, but were usually quick and available. - Common areas (hallways, elevators) are NOT air conditioned and hot/stuffy. - The living room TV was broken during our stay.

Enjoyed my stay!

Apartment was clean and everything was functional(except for 2 flickering lamps). Views were wonderful. The only drawback was the elevator service during busy times. The wait could be long. Overall, it was enjoyable and I would come back.

Great Time and Location

Our family truly had a wonderful, the property has beautiful views, plenty of space, and the property management was there any time we needed them. The only suggestion we have would be to have some links to recommended local dining and suggested experiences. The beach and the accommodations were wonderful!đŸŒ·đŸŹđŸ

Hollywood Florida Vacation

The property is exactly how it is described. Very updated, clean and comfortable. The ocean view on the patio is absolutely amazing! Pools were excellent. Walk to the beach relatively easy but very narrow beaches. The boardwalk (or broadwalk) is a short Uber ride and packed with live music and restaurants. Only downside was that there was a lot of traffic noise day and night. Would recommend.

Living the high life

The apartment is really nice. The pictures make it look bigger than it actually is, but it was spacious enough to fit all 6 ladies. I also wasn't happy with the way in which the apartment was cleaned. There was a used paper towel in the bathroom cabinet, hinges that were broken in kitchen cabinet and spotty surfaces. For the cost of cleaning price, you'd think the place would be spotless. I tried to reach out to host prior to my trip but didn't get a response until I approached her/him again closer to the day of the trip. I feel like as a host, there are questions to be answered to ease one's travel. Eventually, they were responsive and honored our last minute changes to add one more person. I recommend anyone to be prepared to spend $. As if the cost wasn't pricey enough, you also have daily amenities to pay and parking. Amenities were okay but they still try to charge you extra for the duvets on 6th floor pool and extra beach chairs. Each can run you an easy $80-$100 with tip for valet. If you can avoid getting a rental car, you should just take ubers. I can say that $89 damage waiver came in handy as I actually broke 2 glasses so that was covered, but these glasses are super fragile and not really worth $89. The location is okay depending on what your interests are. I can say the staff that works for the complex is AMAZING! These young men really made us feel like we owned the place and took care of us ladies, which in turn we took care of them with tips. Definitely see if you can get groceries delivered to the place so you can cut your time being spent food shopping. I would stay here again only out of convenience since the beach is right there. I'm pretty sure there are nice places to stay for cheaper though. I hope this review can help others plan their stay strategically if they decide to stay in this complex. I highly recommend staff so a better job in cleanliness considering the amount being charged. You can't call it luxury if it feels grimey.
