The room itself was very clean and presentable. Our unit # was 2002. A few complaints I have are as follows: the mattresses were very soft, either old/outdated/worn or it was just that type of mattress. Most hotels are using medium to firm mattresses nowadays. So, if you're used to a firm mattress, ask before renting (wound up sleeping on the couch 2 nights to avoid back issues). I also feel that I was not left with sufficient supplies, like a simple box of tissues, paper towels, and bath tissue, all of which I had to purchase toward the end of our stay. The host was gracious to reimburse me but indicated that it was not policy to do as such. The last thing was not being provided sufficient count of towels for the length of our stay, 3 people, 5 days, 6 bath towels, 3 hand towels, 3 wash cloths. Communication from host could have been a little more timely. Small complaints but can be important for others before making their decision. I would book another stay as well as recommend a stay but would definitely ask about mattress type.
