After paying for our stay we were unable to enter the property because the owner of the property was unreachable by either of the two international phone numbers provided in the listing. Our money was refunded through VRBO and they secured another hotel room for us. This hotel was not acceptable for several reasons, but the most important one was that they had only two single beds available for three people. We got our own hotel room, but lost at least 3 hours of our vacation time to these difficulties.my refund still hasnât come through my Amex account.
