Beautiful unit, very clean and nicely furnished. We had a great view of the ocean. Bed was comfortable. Nice lobby, easy to check in. Location is great! 4 min walk to the beach and close to many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also very close to the trolly (free) pickup point that brings you to south beach, which was great! Overall 5 star in my opinion

Overall, the quality of the accommodation facilities is high and the cost performance is very good. However, there were dead worms by the pool and in the pool, my son refused to go in. Also, our room was not ready on time even though we had paid for and received approval for early check-in. The receptionist was unable to negotiate this matter.

What a wonderful experience! We will definitely stay here again. The check in process was seamless, communication was great prior to our stay. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating.I love how they offer add-ons to customize your stay. There is something for everyone. You can add a luxury car rental, day trip to the Bahamas, in room massage, etc. The location was awesome….one block over from Collin’s, restaurants and everything you need just a few minutes away. This is the North Beach, a lot classier, cleaner and relaxing. The ocean is just 2 blocks away but was a beautiful sight to wake up to! The room itself was perfect! We had the one bedroom suite. Everything was very clean and neat, it is fully equipped, there’s even a washer and dryer and dishwasher! It has a full size refrigerator and cooktop. My husband and I spent our evenings on the balcony with a cocktail. There is an amphitheater right down the street, we had views of that and could enjoy the live music. I look forward to returning to this property again.

We rented for my birthday weekend and were initially impressed by the view and layout of the unit. However, as we endeavored to enjoy our stay, certain conditions became apparent. Firstly, the bathroom was not properly cleaned with dirty sinks and a wad of hair in the shower. Second, I attempted to sit on a chair and almost hit my head on the floor became the chair was broken. Thirdly, the balcony was dirty and there were sections of the railing that were in obvious disrepair. In conclusion, my request for a partial refund was denied by the property owner, and I could not fully enjoy my stay.
