One of the main reason I chose this place was for the business center.. The business center was not working my entire stay.. When taking a shower, the water kept leaking thru the sliding shower doors gaps making the floor very wet and uncomfortable. The cleaning maid missed cleaning the room and we came back to the room that late afternoon tired and wated to rest.. the

Desk staff was aloof. The first thing we noticed was how cold it was in the lobby as soon as we walked in. Our room was so cold and even turning it up as high as it goes was still chilly. Bed was very hard. The phone didn’t work. The key cards were not working at times. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on that.Housekeeping was attentive when we asked for things. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. It’s shocking being a Marriott having so many problems.
