In all honesty this was the perfect hotel to choose for our stay in Miami. It is central enough to be able to commute to different restaurants by car , uber or walking locally or in downtown miami but also on a nice quiet side of town so best of both worlds! The amenities were CLEAN and everything looked very well taken care of. The staff was polite and welcoming regardless of the time. I would certainly recommend this stay and will return. A gem in central Miami 10/10

It was ok, staff was mostly friendly, but it felt understaffed and some of the other guest where loud and swearing in the lobby, and the staff didn't do anything about it so it was uncomfortable to be there.

Elevator wasn’t working, smelled bad in hallways. Room was ok not super clean. Not friendly at front desk. Was supposed to get $15 dining credit per day, only got for one day. Asked up front and she was rude and said it would change after checkout. It did not. Pool area very small and dirty.

Likes: spacious room with modern interior, roof top is classy, buffet breakfast was extraordinary superb, Expedia say breakfast for 2 only but we were a family of 4 and hotel staff included buffet breakfast for all 4 of us but you have to ask for before starting. We used $15 credit to order potatoes and remaining balance to tip staff at the breakfast. Very nice staff, very helpful. Overall stay was excellent 👌 Area to improve: took so long to deliver towels in room after several reminders, elevator is bit slow but otherwise great hotel.

AC Wynwood is located in such a great area! Miami design district, Trader Joe’s, & Target were all in walking distance. I was able to get around to so many hot spots & destinations that were on my to do list. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The front desk staff greeted me with water, snacks, & a glass of wine upon my arrival. My room was spacious & clean and the views from the pool/rooftop area were breathtaking!!!!! Really enjoyed my stay & I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!
