My review is mixed. When we arrived , we were told that the hotel was overbooked and they had cancelled my room. After 20 minutes of running around and making phone calls to make other arrangements we were told they found us a room. Our stay was quick just 2 nights. The hotel is nice, staff are very friendly. It is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of food and shopping nearby. Great location

This is a great spot. Unfortunately, the person that we interacted with at the front desk was not positive. When we asked for an extended check out till 1 o’clock, she said no without even looking her associate next to her said oh of course you can let them stay till two. Then she went off to Treat her ASSOCIATE poorly in front of us. It was very disturbing scenario and uncomfortable. This is a well used hotel and it shows the public areas could use a deep cleaning. The room seemed fine. Not a lot of dining options in the hotel but lots around it. Very close walking distance less than a block great restaurants.

Went for the Orange Bowl event at nearby Hard Rock Stadium. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were all so helpful and kind. Parking was in next building parkade and easy to get in and out of & easy to get to hotel entrance. Parking was validated. It was not warm enough to swim but pool area was well kept and we spent some time in the lounge chairs. Dining options around the hotel were great. We especially loved Graziano’s. Shopping mall in walking distance. 15 minute drive to get to a public beach area. Would stay again.
