Rooms were really nice ...not as updated as the pictures but no big deal. There was a few dust and dirt spots in the room. Almost as if they just spot clean and not clean up clean up. Breakfast was cool and I enjoyed the balcony view.

They had changed my booking last minute and I was never told. When I came in the hotel they said it was upgraded with two connecting rooms instead of a suite, when I got in our room, the connecting door was so loud and hard to open.

The hotel was okay overall. I didn’t like how when I got there and went to the front desk to grab my keys that I had to pay $300 for damage control or whatever they do. Clearly impacted my vacation to Miami because it was a part of my spending money. There was also a huge language barrier with the guy at the front desk so I didn’t understand why I was paying anything else when I already paid for my room in full. Also I was told that I would get it back immediately which has not happened. And from looking it up on google, I’m under the impression that it could take up to 14 days which is not cool at all

Great Stay!!!!

This place was so nice! The front desk staff was friendly and check in was all of 45 seconds due to me paying in advance. The room was spacious and location was walking distance to a lot. Will stay here when I visit Miami from now on. This was nicer than a lot of hotels in South Beach.
