This is a basic hotel , room was clean , hotel is old , location and price was perfect so we decided to stay there for two nights, we didn’t eat there but there was a restaurant on site, there is a CVS next to the hotel and many restaurants in the area, hotel is beachfront and beach is accessible.

Beacon Hotel is in an excellent location. Across from the beach and surrounded by many stores and eateries. The food at their own restaurant, Oseteria, was absolutely delicious and our server, a tall gentleman, was amazing. Room was small, but very clean. We had a good experience.

Great location and the bed was very comfortable and clean sheets. If you plan to spend your time outdoors and just have a comfy bed to sleep, it is perfect for you. Also cheaper than other hotels on the same route. They do provide towels but jo chair or umbrella for the beach side.

Great old school motel, but don’t expect a 5 start hotel in South Beach around the Art Deco district unless you want to fork over $800 a night. The Beacon is perfect for a quick trip stay! During the day South Beach is peaceful but at night it can be quite loud and busy.
