To be fair, our issues started when our flights were delayed bringing us to our apartment at 1 AM. We found that the back door had been left unlocked and there didnât seem to be a way to lock it. Fortunately, we didnât find anybody in the apartment and nothing appeared to be missing. I left voicemail and text but they didnât respond until morning, making the first night pretty rough. In the morning, my adult son figured out the trick. Management did respond in the am and said he would send a video on how to lock it but never did. No apologies were offered for our sleepless night and inconvenience. If you need a video to lock the door maybe a note should be left there.
The living room TV would not turn on.
Couldnât figure out how to get the icemaker to make cubes. No generic trays to make your own. The washer and dryer didnât seem to be plugged in. I needed to dry a shirt but used in the sun instead. Although we never attempted to use it, a worker showed up to fix the dishwasher as we were leaving.
On the plus, it was clean and neat and very convenient to our needs.
