The check in was quick and easy but we came late at night. The building is older and some things have not been maintained very well. They don’t have enough towels. It took 2 days to get washcloths and the towels at the pool were stained. On our last day, we waited over 2 hours to get beach towels and I finally had to speak with a manager to get towels. Other families were complaining also. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable but quite a few things didn’t work and much the decor was dated. The kitchen counter was covered 1/2 way with shelf paper and it had been peeled off in places. The couches both had visible stains. The vent above the stove is broken and did not get fixed while we were there. The owner was responsive and did try to correct the issues but overall, the condo was not what I expected from the description.
