What did not go well from day one was the lack of communication. The rooms were not up to par, with dirty rags, towels, and sheets. On top of that, there was no hot water at all—from the kitchen and bathroom sinks to the shower. There was also no heat, and with the extremely cold weather outside, this made the situation completely unacceptable.
I arrived porperty at 5 pm . Nobady was there . A meesage came to my phone and asking verified id. i verified with payin 25 usd. After that property manager came down and said to me property was not ready to stay and book offered me to cancel and book other place. i had Business meeting , need shower quick and go Business meeting. Last minute to find new hotel was difficult and more expensive. Then it was so difficult to refund money too. Was very bad experience
