My experience has been horrible from the beginning from the payment process being a hassle when I first spoke with Hassan I was having trouble with payment host was not responsive in a timely manner finally got it figured out fine get to Miami my flight landed at 9:16 am check in was not until 4 we was waiting all that time to check in tired ready to shower unpack and we had reservations that we missed got to apartment check in was fine get to apartment no access in once again the host was hard to contact non responsive and just had my whole first day terrible we had to wait on on locksmith which they tried to tell me i was responsible for and i said iâm not paying anything was not able to get into apartment until 7 pm whole day is just wasted I would like to be accommodated for my troubles I should not be charged for the first day and should be refunded immediately Iâll never book again we still have until the 9th here tv in front room donât work and there was a red stain on bedroom blanket can someone please contact me back immediately thanks
