I lined up for a long time to check in, the hotel does not provide water, they did not have water to buy, it does not include breakfast, very high rate $350, for a heavy night. I do not recommend it

It wasn't quiet especially when you're trying to sleep in and the guests would talk loudly, their kids would be screaming down the hall, and then they'd let their room doors just close on its own and it closes loudly. But the Clarion was convenient to eating places, close to the airport, and wasn't too loud as far as the airplanes, just that the guests were louder.

The room felt damp and had visible mold on the ceiling, as well as dust in the vents. They also needed more staff to handle the volume of people checking on and out.

Picked this hot because it was convenient and looked fairly nice in the photos. The room smelled musty, the shower was squishy so when you’d be standing in it it would feel like you’re going to fall through it. Mentioned it to the front desk staff and all we were told was “they will report it” and nobody ever came to check on it. Also got stuck in one of the elevators for a few minutes because it wouldn’t move. Finally moved and never took that one again, also mentioned it to the front desk staff and again they said “they’d report it”. Would definitely recommend to spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

No greeting on check in. No drinking water and coffee in lobby. No free parking for guest. Bathroom is ugly. Outside window panels are dirty even paint still stained on the glass.

The property are good. Everything are fine. But… 100 deposit for incidentals that never exist and return after 10 days. I make two different reservations. One with Expedia and one with booking. And the charge me 100 dollars deposit for each reservation. And was only one night each. They don’t take cash for deposit and keep the money for 7 to 10 days. They said incidentals. Like if we’re Rock fans. Beside this the hotel, rooms, shuttle and amenities are good.

It was ok, very outdated, but sufficient for the evening. The check in process was overly tedious even with having 3 people checking people in. The shuttle to the airport was nice though.

Our first night was less positive as there was a back up in checking in and our beds were a bit noisy when one turned over in the night it would squeak. Our second night 10 days later there was no problem at all with the checking in process. We were able to enjoy a meal from the restaurant in house. Our beds were notably better than the first stay.
