The only positives about this condo were the location (close to everything and right across from the beach) and the bed, which was pretty comfortable.Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment and made for a stressful stay. Renters beware:âąThe elevator was out, so we had to walk three flights of stairs the entire trip.âąEven though itâs listed as pet-friendly, taking the dogs out was a nightmare â we had to go down three flights of stairs and walk a block just to find a place for them to go.âąThe door code didnât work when we arrived, and it took about 15 minutes to get a new one and finally get in.âąThe condo itself is run-down and not very well maintained.âąSheets and towels were falling apart, and there were hardly any hand towels or washcloths provided.âąThe shower had almost no water pressure, and because thereâs no door/closure, water gets all over the floor.âąThe refrigerator is very small and the door is broken, and there was no way to have ice during our stay.âąThe âbeach gearâ provided was basically cheap dollar store items.âąWe couldnât get the TVs to work because the remote didnât work.Also, there is no parking included, which may be expected in Miami, but it should be clearly communicated. We had to park a block or two away in a parking garage, and it cost about 40 per night.They also advertised laundry, but we didnât see any washer/dryer in the unit, so it must be shared laundry (which again was not clearly explained).
