Location was good, easily able to walk to a lot of restaurants and such. The bathroom was not good. We had to hold the flush handle for 30 full seconds to flush the toilet effectively, which is crazy for the amount we paid per night. Breakfast was okay, warm hard boiled eggs are just weird and not my thing.

Overall, this hotel needs to be updated in all areas - physical spaces/decor, technology, and the breakfast options. However, it was adequate for what I needed for one night, and the staff was very polite and professional. Also, it’s located in a very noisy neighborhood with automobile traffic swirling around the complex and airplane traffic overhead - it seems to be located directly below the MIA airport takeoff and landing approaches.

We stayed there as a pre-cruise hotel. The property is relatively clean, and there is fast access to the cruise terminal. There isn’t much space for breakfast and the variety of food was poor, but it was enough before getting on the cruise ship. There is also some noise from outside.

My flight was delayed. I contacted this hotel to find out if that would be an issue. They said no problem our room would be held knowing we will show up. When we showed up the room was not held. I paid for a suite with a king bed and got a standard room with two queens. We asked for late check out and received 3 phone called at 9 am from the front desk, then the housekeeping knocked on the door at 11:04 when we asked for late check out seeing as we arrived at 5am.
