We booked this place because of the cruise and airport shuttle. After waiting for over an hour at the airport, the driver stated that he only had space for a few people. Some of the people who were waiting with us were left behind. He told them that they should go to the first stop to ensure that they have a seat for the next driver whose coming. I feel like this could’ve been better managed. Who wants to stay at the airport for another hour? Because of the bad experience at the airport shuttle, we chose to not use the cruise shuttle.

The hotel is about 1 mile from MIA and advertises “Free Airport Shuttle”. But what they don’t tell you is that it only runs once per HOUR. Therefore long wait for a crowded van. As an airline crew member, I’ve stayed at hundreds of airport hotels. Most run every 20 minutes, a few every half hour, never seen such poor service.
