The Space:

Whether you're relaxing by the sparkling pool, working out in the fully equipped gym, or savoring a meal at the on-site bistro, every detail is designed to enhance your stay. A complimentary shuttle makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful sands of Hallandale Beach, complete with beach towels and two chairs for your comfort. For those who love to explore, bike rentals offer a fun way to discover the vibrant local neighborhood at your own pace.



Inside, the apartment welcomes you with a warm, modern atmosphere. The living room features a cozy seating area and a TV for your entertainment, with a sofa that easily transforms into a bed for additional guests. The sleek kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, is perfect for cooking your favorite meals, while the adjacent dining area provides an inviting space to share them.

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund



The resort and parking fees are not included in the price paid on the booking channel and paid separately.



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
