It is not comfortable hotel

bed was very bad, receptionist was not polite. towels were dirty. there were not many parking space, had to use valet parking.

Close to Shoping Centers

Conveniently located to FIU, Doral Businesses, International and Dolphin Shopping Centers. Very nice place.

Looks better than it is

A 9 nights stay. CONS - Impossible to get the room before check-in time (4pm). The hotel is quite new so space is small and dark (compared to other suite-hotel in Doral). Lighting is insufficient. The bed is so soft you sink in it. Daily room housekeeping is random (sometime you have all the towels, sometime not, etc.). The kitchen set was unusable (all Teflon scratched). Almost mandatory us of the valet as it as very few spot for self parking. PROS - Housekeeping everyday. Convenience of the washing/drying in your room. Location is good (coffee and restaurant in front, as International Mall at walking distance). They receive you package at the front desk.

very good location

Once you are there, you will notice, that is a kind of less fancy stayover compared to other hotels. It is good for reservation to alert guests, that the key-card should not be held close to the cell phone, otherwise you might have to walk your way back to the front desk to have the room key reactivated. A safety chainlock at the room door will do. With little efforts they can give the overall area where you have transistion of guests a cleaner aspect. I think I will repeat my stay. Thank hotels.com

This hotel is way over priced for what it is. The rooms are very small and the lay out is not impressive at all. The wireless internet just didn't work.

I Do Not Recommend This Hotel

When the wife is not happy, no one is happy. She was not happy at this hotel. 1. The window shade in the bedroom fell off the wall the first time I touched it. We called the desk, but no one came to look at it. We slept with no window shade. 2. There was only one television in the suite, and it was located in the bedroom. It was unwatchably fuzzy on all channels. Once again, we called the desk to complain but no one came up to look at it. 3. The elevators to the guestroom were inconveniently located on the other side of a parking garage through two sets of non-automatic opening doors. 4. There were no facial tissues in the room.

not worth it's price

rooms are clean, but i don't know why they would put just marble floors leading to the room, as well as in the room. there are reasons hotels have carpets, it's because when people check in, they often have luggage. you will hear loud luggage noise throughout the night, and rooms give very cold feeling, rather than the comfortable "homey" feeling. for it's price, i don't think this hotel is worth it.

We slept there after arriving in the Miami Airport. It is a short drive from the hotel to the airport. The hotel was nice and clean. Perfect for one night before continuing our journey.

Excellent hotel

Definitely a great hotel. Excellent location at doral just a few blocks to the malls and the comfort was amazing. The wireless in the lobby was very speed like 30 mb up and 40 mb down. At the room the wireless was a bit poor but I didn't care at all.

Ver Weird Set Up

Eurosuites ia a very weird set up - really condos. Restaurant is out of business, NO ice machines, staff could not lend me a pen to check flight info., no small bar or place to buy a drink at the pool - this has closed or out of business. I did not enjoy this experience compared to many other hotels we have stayed in in recent years.

Excelent choice for a traveler or a couple. Great service of valet p, great service at the front desk, very secured and close to shopping malls (Dolphin & International); what else for a girlfriend or a wife..... Would use it again........

Close to International Mall

Would be good if reception informed guests of ability to get snacks and water when arriving late at night. Reception seemed to think I needed alcohol when I asked whether they had mini bar in room - I simply wanted water and this can be obtained in the dispensing units between buildings.

We loved the hotel, the pool was amazing! The staff was great. Security was very tight and made us feel safe. The hotel was clean and very stylish. Our family loved it. There is a Starbucks across the street.

Great hotel for shopping trips.

Despite some bad reviews we decided to stay at this hotel, they were very friendly. I understand why many guests complain about the setup, it really needs to be changed but you don't have to be Einstein to figure it out, the hotel has a building with the reception, restaurant, gym and pool, then there are two separate buildings for the rooms, to get there you need to get out of the reception building and cross a small corridor in the parking area, don't worry is covered. Now the two buildings are South and North tower and each building has two sides (don't know why) the South tower were we stayed has a "Madrid" side and a "Roma" side but for the room they only use the initial letter of that City, then both sides has the same room numbers, our room was South-Madrid 411 or SM411, but it doesnt ends there, when you make it to your room you discover that you open into a little foyer with two more doors with letters "K" and "L" (don't ask me why is not A and B or 1 and 2, so at the end our room was a long code to find: SM411K, I saw people trying to open others guests rooms because the numbers matched but one letter didn't it was actually funny, also the neighbors in the front door "L" were very, VERY noisy Cuban people they use to get a lot of visitors and leave the door open and they screamed instead of talking. Very close to both Miami International and Dolphing Mall, so for shoppers is great, near enough to the airport but not too close so you can't hear the planes.

Great location! but condition of the room was dismal. Broken tiles, missing closet door handle, door wouldn't lock, and scuff marks on every wall. The tv remote also gave us problems...
