I love the area. Nice and quiet and target is not far. I didnt like that we got a room for a handicap person totally not cool. Hinge on the door is semi broke and the boarding around the room was falling apart. Besides that nice stay

My one complaint but it is major is that my room smelt like a wet dog. Front desk gave me a bottle of spray and I had to do it multiple times. They should have dedicated rooms for people when they bring their pets. And dont rent those out to clients with no pets.

Pretty awesome actually!!

We came for the Miami Open...and weLoved this place. A few of the bathroom fixtures were a tad bit old, but overall, everything was clean and the beds comfy. Check in was a breeze. And we had our dog with us, which can sometimes be a bit problematic. But here, they were EXCEPTIONALLY welcoming.

Nice, Affordable, Centrally Located Place to Stay

This is a good spot to hunker down if you have business in both Fort Lauderdale AND Miami. It's located right in the middle of both off I-95. There are plenty of restaurants nearby (incl. some good Cuban ones), a huge Whole Foods grocery store just down the block, and if you need it, just two blocks away is the enormous Aventura Mall (4th largest in USA). Also, to relax, the really nice Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is only a short 15 minute drive away. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and restful. Free coffee is 24/7, a more than plentiful Hot B'fast daily, and room cleaning every other day. They also put cookies out every day at 4pm and there is a small supply of junk snacks & beverages on sale at front desk (but why bother since you have both a microwave and fridge in the room and Whole Foods is across the street). There is also a no frills heated pool for a quick dip if wanted. It shouldn't disappoint any business traveler.

I loved staying at this property as everything I wanted to do was pretty close by. The free parking in this area was also really good. The breakfast was adequate also convenient as it finished at 10am. Calling the front desk however wasn’t reachable as I kept being put on hold and then forgotten more than once. Then going down I saw them do it to other guests omg. But everything else was great!
