Staff was friendly and welcoming upon our late arrival. They offered information about transfers to the port from the hotel, which was cheaper than an Uber. We did discover that the sink in the bathroom was leaking pretty soon after arriving and they had a plumber at our door in less than 5 minutes. He realized he would not be able to fix it right away and we were given a different room (and upgrade) right away. The complimentary breakfast was good and all areas of the hotel were modern and kept clean. We'd stay here again.

Room had some issues with refrigerator, shower cleanliness, not enough rags. One rag for two people and hair conditioner was empty. Had to contact the front desk for rags twice and again for the fridge. Unacceptable room quality.

Room was poor. Bathtub facet/ shower valve functioned poorly. Window shades old and hard to use. Overall staff were good to very good. When we requested a taxi from theDay front desk staff ended up calling what appeared to be a friend with a high-end vehicle that took us to the shopping mall and it charged us $45 cash versus $55 credit. On our return, the regular cab cost us $30 total including tip I did advise him of this the next day.
