We stayed in a oneâbedroom, twoâbath penthouse in Brickell, and overall it worked perfectly for what we needed. The location was excellentâclose to everything, walkable, and in the heart of all the action. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and had lovely balcony views.That said, there were a few things we werenât aware of before arriving. The building is mostly shortâterm rentals and VRBO units, which meant a lot of noise, activity, and overall chaos in the common areas. One of the elevators was down throughout our stay, which made getting up and down from the top floor very inconvenient. Long waits and multiple stops were the norm, and it often took a surprisingly long time just to get to the lobby or back up to the unit.Despite the elevator and noise challenges, the apartment itself met our needs. If youâre looking for a building in a great location and donât mind a bit of hustle and bustle, itâs a solid option.
