Older hotel but nice. Used prior to cruise and used the free airport shuttle and paid 17 each for cruise shuttle . Airport shuttle took forever. Many people were complaining to the driver for the over 1 hr wait at the airport. Go to Door 5 to get on first or the further down pick up spots you may not get on.

We arrived at your hotel at approximately 11:00AM knowing we would probably wait for our room to be ready but we waited till 4:00 PM checking several times for room to be ready and were told our room was not yet ready. Our room was not ready after the 4.00 pm check in. The bedroom itself was very’tired’. Peeling paint, worn carpet etc. The prices charged for items such as $28 for a breakfast are far in excess for the overall standard of a hotel that has seen better days

Staff was fast and efficient, the room was clean and had a nice view. They also have 2 convience stores on the property, but they are both over priced, a 20oz pop was $4.50. It was great that they offered a shuttle to/from port of Miami for $17 per person and a free shuttle ride to/from the airport.
