The room was great. The staff was amazing, except for one guy that was working on Wednesday night around midnight. He was very unpleasant and unhelpful. His actions were extremely distasteful. I went to pick up some packages and told him on multiple counts that there were packages there for me. He insisted that I went with all already. I am literally looking at the packages, with my name on them, from where I was standing. Myself and my wife just walked away and went to our room. I went back out early in the morning, and spoke to a very sweet young lady, and she handed me my packages without any hassle The overall experience at the hotel was amazing. This is my third time staying here

AirPort shuttle was quite convenient for a short stay. Breakfast was ok but were served on disposable dishes. Bed was cozy and comfy, I did not want to leave my room. A major plus is that they have a coffee machine where u can get plain water, coffee or decaf at any time of the day. They also have water dispensers and ice available. Would stay again. It walking didn’t from Doral city place.

TIRED property- where to begin… extremely misleading Expedia reviews, elevator barely functional, bad dirty paint jobs over wallpaper, horrible lighting in the room, flat pillows, coffee machine turned off in main lobby. This property is extremely worn and in need of a complete top to bottom remodeling job. Definitely NOT worth the price. Will NOT stay here again… Staff was friendly- nothing they can do about the sub-standard product offered by this hotels ownership.
