My air conditioner was dripping in our room despite it being reported the issue wasn't resolved. I also was charged a resort fee of 30$ a day for a chair on the beach that I used only once and umbrellas that weren't available due to the windy conditions!

We loved the beach access and the pool area. Bartender Omar at outdoor bar was exceptional! Concierge staff was helpful, too with recommendations and directions. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Miami.

Liked that you can walk to the beach from hotel and it was quiet.. Hotel lobby felt luxurious, but our room was average. The shower floor kept popping wherever I stepped during my shower. Lots of construction outside front entrance of hotel. The hotel restaurant was over priced fast food quality. Overall it served our purpose.

Average hotel on a fantastic beach. Is at the north end of Miami Beach with not many shops or restaurants close by. But free trolley bus around Miami Beach makes it easy to get to mid beach and south beach. hotel is expensive for what it is. Hotel is tired and run down and staff not overly enthusiastic, just doing the real basics - basic courtesy (no warm welcome here) through to basic everything.

There was mold stains on some of the pillows Im currently waiting in my refund we left the same day and now the front desk told me I have to wait for expedia to contact the hotel is just super unsanitary rooms and now holding my money

The location right on the beach can't be beat! The Miami Beach free shuttle makes getting around easy. The only negative I have to say is that they are doing construction on the property, looks like they're building a new floor, and it was very loud starting around 9AM and throughout the day. It made conversations inside the hotel a challenge at times.

The front desk staff was the best I've ever seen. The hotel is steps from the beach. We got free umbrella and chairs at the beach. It was amazing! The location of this hotel was perfect.
