As IHG member , would have liked to have late checkout extended to 2:00. Restaurant staff got me a late cooked sandwich when I arrived first night as they were closing: wonderful.

The shower was not clean. The bed was quite lumpy in the middle and the AC never got the room cold. Although Im at IHG member I was still charged to check in early. They even texted me about my arrival time and at that time the charges should have been explained before I arrived. I made the reservation with Expedia but paid directly to the property. Also dont buy soda in the vending machine on your floor. It could be expired like mine was.Yuck! The cafe on the first floor was convenient while the restaurant upstairs has a great view.
