Room was decent, but the beds were awful. They are very stiff and they sound like an air mattress every time you move. There was also a lot of light coming in from the street, it would have been great to have blackout curtains on the window. The front desk staff was very nice, they stored our luggage while we walked to the beach, and were very courteous. The murals in the stairwells were beautiful and a fun touch.

Room is clean. It is 2 bed Rooms and big, but no breakfast, only has coffee and tea in the morning! Cross the street hotel is a bus and trolley stop, easy to go to Lincoln road shopping area and beach!

Everything was so convenient and walking distance to beach. Rooms was very comfortable and spacious for a family of 9. Very clean. Only problem was no parking but was informed about parking a few blocks away.

We booked a 3 bedroom 2 bath suite. It was fine, but very basic. There weren’t enough seats for all 6 of us to sit and have drinks or eat together. The walls are paper thin. There are no lights in some of the bedrooms (very odd!). Towels were clean, but very old. The room seemed hollow and even our own voices were loud. It was a strange set up, but I guess we got what we paid for.

Overall a great location only a few blocks from the beach. The rooms are bright and clean and they have options for bigger groups. Our only issue was the parking is a couple of blocks away, although they did offer in and out.

Staff was friendly. Loved the spaces. Small boutique hotel. Only downsides were beds were a little loud and squeaky and the parking (no street parking, offsite parking garages were a little suspicious)
