It is a really nice hotel and the staff interactions were great. I did experience a lot of noise disturbance with people slamming their doors. Also, it would be great to have the balcony light optional. I have an astigmatism and having that light on makes it harder to see. I have clearer vision when there is not an additional light around me, blending with all the city lights. I would have enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony later, especially with the 19 floor closing at 8pm.

We returned almost midnight to find that the door lock is broken and we cant access the room, we had to wait for almost one hour for them to try to open the door the old fasion way. They told me they wilk be at 8:00 am to fix the door. I wake up at 7:45, no one showed up, i called them at 8:45, they said they are waiting on me to wake up, they showeed up around 9:00. We waited until they finish. At the time of check out they told me they will remove the hotel fee of $40 per night for 4 nights i was checking the credit, I found out this is not the case.

Everything was great except for the housekeeping. My comforter had brown stains and the floor was sticky. This property is too expensive per night for lackluster cleaning. Also, the property is a bit overpriced. I paid $300 less on my second stay at a nicer hotel a few miles away that was a whole apartment with a view and balcony rather than just an unclean room. The service here at Hyatt was great and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Only issues are cleanliness of rooms and being a bit overpriced
