Dirt and dust everywhere. The carpets in the hallways were visibly dirty, as was the carpet in my room, which also had a strong and unpleasant odor resembling urine. The window in my room was so filthy that I was able to write “wash me please” on it with my finger.
Housekeeping service was provided only every other day, which is already disappointing. However, what was truly unacceptable was that when I ran out of toilet paper and called for assistance, I was told to come down to the lobby myself to get a roll.
The public areas were equally neglected. The elevator was covered with fingerprints, clearly not cleaned regularly. The breakfast area was dirty and poorly maintained. The tables were chipped, and the faux leather on the chairs was torn. Unfortunately, I regret not taking pictures, but the condition was obvious and impossible to miss.
Breakfast itself was another major disappointment. The toaster and waffle maker were disgustingly dirty, with waffle batter spilled everywhere and sticky surfaces that were not cleaned. There was yogurt served in a large bowl that appeared unwashed, with fingerprints all over it. There were no forks available—only plastic spoons and knives—which was both surprising and unacceptable. Stay away from this hotel!
