The Space:

This spacious one-bedroom is ideal for 2 adults (plus children) and comfortably sleeps up to 4 with a plush king bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped: walk-in closet, in-unit washer/dryer, two HD smart TVs (65" and 55") with 100+ channels and Netflix, and fast wifi.

Icon Resort is home to the renowned W Hotel, with free guest access to the fitness center, world-class spa with steam rooms and cold plunge pools, and a variety of daily classes including yoga and Pilates. Class availability is set by the building and subject to scheduling.

Amenity passes: A QR code is required to use the amenities. Pick it up at the amenity level (15th floor). Current pickup hours are 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, set by the building and subject to change; the front desk can confirm on arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell offers the best of Miami's walkable city life. Just steps from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key, you'll enjoy everything from scenic jogs along the bay to vibrant nightlife surrounded by Miami's top dining and entertainment. Indulge in renowned restaurants like Zuma, Komodo, and Sexy Fish, visit rooftops like Sugar, unwind at lounges like The Tea Room, or explore local bars such as SoCal and 8th Street Brickell Bar. For coffee lovers, Crema and Rosemary Bakery are a short walk away.

Everything you need to relax, work, shop, and experience Miami is within an easy-to-navigate urban core.



Getting Around:

Most guests use Uber or Lyft, but the Metromover and Metrorail stations are less than two blocks away, right next to Brickell City Centre.



Metromover is a free people-mover service operating seven days a week throughout downtown Miami and Brickell. Major destinations include Kaseya Center (home of the Miami HEAT), Bayside Marketplace, Adrienne Arsht Center, Museum Park, and Pérez Art Museum. It also connects to Miami Central Station, ~10 minutes away, where you can catch Brightline high-speed trains to West Palm Beach or Orlando.

Metrorail provides service to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs through Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and the Civic Center / Jackson Memorial Hospital area.



Other Things to Note:

Balcony — currently closed: The unit's balcony is closed by the building due to ongoing safety work and is not accessible during your stay. The views are still spectacular and are enjoyed from inside through the unit's floor-to-ceiling windows. This is managed by building administration and is beyond the host's control; it's disclosed here in advance, and no refunds are issued for the balcony closure.



Building amenity update (current): Icon Brickell is also undergoing scheduled building maintenance. The main outdoor pool currently has limited availability/hours. All other amenities — gym, spa with plunge pools/steam/sauna, and fitness center — remain open. These closures are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control; they're disclosed here in advance, and no refunds are issued for temporary amenity closures.



Self check-in: Keyless entry with your private door code — no key handoff. Building policy requires a quick stop at the front desk to register on arrival before heading up. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance and verify your ID through Airbnb. Amenity QR passes are picked up at the amenity level (15th floor); current pickup hours are 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, set by the building and subject to change — the front desk can confirm on arrival.

Parking: This unit does not include a designated parking space. On-site valet is available and operates like a hotel service (no in-and-out privileges; a fee applies each exit). Valet pricing is set by the building and varies, especially during events and holidays — please confirm the current rate with the front desk on arrival. For more affordable options, several public garages are within 1–2 blocks; apps like Parkopedia or ParkWhiz often show cheaper daily rates.



Amenity closures: Certain amenities or areas may occasionally close for events, maintenance, or weather. These are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control. No discounts are issued for temporary closures, which are disclosed here in advance.
